Engaged to undertake full makegood works at Milton, QLD. The project focused on restoring the premises to its original condition in line with lease obligations, ready for handover at the end of tenancy. Works were carefully planned and executed to minimise disruption to ongoing operations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and sustainability.

Disruptive activities were scheduled outside business hours, and materials were responsibly managed with reuse, recycling, and full waste reporting. Comprehensive safety systems and regular inspections ensured quality delivery, while clear communication with the building management supported smooth coordination and handover.

Working closely with the client, and tenancy stakeholders, we ensured expectations were satisfied.

Alliance did an amazing job on our house renovation in Hughes, right from the start they were willing to work with us to create the home we wanted. Peter, Brendan and the team did a great job during the entire build process and managed any complications (COVID, additional works) in a calm and considered way.
