This innovative project centers on sustainable design and community connection, offering a fresh model for modern living.

Situated in Ainslie, the development comprises three attached two-bedroom single-story homes designed to function as an integrated community. Each residence shares both indoor and outdoor communal spaces, fostering collaboration and social interaction while maintaining private, self-contained living areas. From the street, the composition appears as a single residence, thoughtfully blending into the established neighbourhood fabric.

This project exemplifies how medium-density housing can be practical, sustainable, and community-focused — meeting the evolving needs of Canberra’s residents while setting a precedent for future housing policy and development in the region.

Alliance did an amazing job on our house renovation in Hughes, right from the start they were willing to work with us to create the home we wanted. Peter, Brendan and the team did a great job during the entire build process and managed any complications (COVID, additional works) in a calm and considered way.
