Engaged to deliver upgraded End of Trip (EOT) facilities within a prime Brisbane CBD commercial building, the project focused on enhancing tenant amenities to attract and retain occupants while promoting sustainable commuting and healthy lifestyle choices. Integrating wellness and sustainability principles.

The design prioritised user experience with layouts maximising privacy, accessibility, and convenience for cyclists and commuters. Careful staging allowed continuous building access throughout construction, supported by regular quality inspections and stakeholder coordination.

Alliance did an amazing job on our house renovation in Hughes, right from the start they were willing to work with us to create the home we wanted.
