Housing ACT – Strathnairn

Alliance successfully delivered two 4-bedroom, single-storey Liveable Gold dwellings in Strathnairn. The project scope included progressing development-approved DA exempt designs to Building Approval, full construction works, and completing service connections, fencing, landscaping, and site-specific requirements.

Features

  • Liveable Gold principles, including sustainable landscaping and use of prefabricated roof trusses, structural frames, and modular joinery to streamline construction, improve quality control, and reduce on-site time.
  • Liveable Gold and Class C standards ensuring adaptability and accessibility, featuring accessible bathrooms and ample circulation space to accommodate changing tenant needs without costly modifications
  • Minimum 7-star NatHERS rating through climate-wise design, including double-glazed windows, energy-efficient reverse-cycle heating and cooling, all-electric appliances, and future-ready electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Working closely with Housing ACT, and key stakeholders, we ensured expectations were satisfied.

Alliance did an amazing job on our house renovation in Hughes, right from the start they were willing to work with us to create the home we wanted.
