Located in the Brisbane CBD, this restaurant and takeaway fitout project involved a full refurbishment within an occupied commercial building, requiring careful coordination to minimise disruption to surrounding tenants. The works included the demolition and strip-out of the existing tenancy, followed by a complete fitout incorporating new ceilings, partitions, custom joinery, and front- and back-of-house installations to suit the operational requirements of a food and beverage venue. Upgrades to electrical, mechanical, and fire services were also undertaken to align with the new tenancy configuration.
The fitout delivered a modern, high-quality food service and takeaway environment, featuring a combination of open-plan service areas, bespoke joinery, and contemporary finishes. The design incorporates coordinated lighting and durable materials, creating a welcoming and functional space suited to high customer turnover and efficient service operations.
