Located in the Brisbane CBD, this office fitout project for Suites 1, 2, and 3 involved a full refurbishment within an occupied commercial building, requiring careful coordination to minimise disruption to surrounding tenants. The works included the demolition and strip-out of the existing tenancies, followed by a complete fitout incorporating new ceilings, partitions, joinery, and furniture to suit the new layouts and operational requirements. Upgrades to electrical, mechanical, and fire services were also undertaken to align with the new tenancy configurations.
The fitout delivered a modern, high-quality workspace across Suites 1, 2, and 3, featuring new ceilings, glazed and solid partitioning, custom joinery, and integrated furniture throughout. The design incorporates contemporary finishes and coordinated lighting, creating a functional and professional working environment.
